1. With over 34 years of Real Estate Sales experience and now, as a Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist, Charles is extremely knowledgeable with reference to the differences between Trust vs Probate Sales. Plus, he can guide you with recommendations for the Attorney's and CPA's that will provide additional guidance during this difficult time. Then, when it comes time to list the property, Charles will use his marketing skills to get the highest sale price possible in the shortest time period - based on if it's a Trust Sale or a Probate Sale. His marketing includes a 3D Matterport Tour, Custom Photos and a Floor Plan - just to name a few.

Based on the new listing and selling processes, I offer my clients a unique opportunity with reference to commissions.
